what are the chances of getting german measles(rubella) once you had the MMR jab? ?

my 5 as well as the half year aged son has had his MMR as well as has right away got german measles…..how usual is this? i suspicion he wouldn’t get it after being inoculated?

Chances are slim but there always is a possibility. Maybe his body didn’t build up an immunity to it even though he got the shot.
