My boys are adults now, and I swear by the stuff, even now, for cuts, abrasions,chapped lips etc
Just try and keep her bottom as dry as possible, maybe ditch the vaseline just now,
as it will keep moisture in, and stick with sudocrem only meantime
`theres a new one out that iv started using its worth a go im not 100% on the name but it begins with beth its somethin like bethomen
Stop using the cream and put breast milk on it at every diaper change, let it dry before putting her diaper back on. If you continue to use the cream or vasoline make sure you are completely drying out her bottom before applying or else you are sealing in moisture that will make the rash worse.
Sudocrem definitely, with constant application it really does work in the end
and also I find Pampers actually helps as it draws a lot of moisture away from the skin.

I’m not sure you need to use soap though, that might aggravate the problem, I’d imagine soap and water would be as bad as wipes :S try changing her every 2 hours? or as soon as you’re aware that she has weed or pooed
