I really hate to tell you this but I have had this since 1978, there are ultra violet treatments, but it did not do any good. It just turned the white patchy area pink, it was expensive too. You just have to live with it. Remeber you are not who you are on the outside. Everything about you comes from the inside.

There is no cure. The best you can hope for is to one day be completely white. Sorry. I’m sure that’s not what you wanted to hear. God bless!!
