I have a bad case of seborrheic dermatitis and nothing my doc has prescribed has helped! Any alt suggestions?
It’s upon my scalp as well as is really embarrassing. I’ve attempted all kinds of shampoo, rinse every day as well as switch in between shampoos any day. I’ve used accepted steroids as well as they work for about thirty mins prior to a flaking starts again. If anybody has any pick solutions, we would adore to listen to about them
Thank you.

Hi, you can try one of the natural treatments from the Internet – some of them do actually work. For my seb derm. on scalp I use herbal cream by Champori quite successfully. It takes just a couple of weeks to clear the spots and they stay clear for months on end.
Try it: champori is available without prescription and comes with money back guarantee so if it doesn’t work for you – it’s free.
Cheers,
Mol
I just read that pure honey helps skin conditions but it would be sticky on the scalp. Maybe possible to put on at night and shampoo off in morning.
Acutane (Isotretinoin) is dramatically effective in the treatment of Seborrhoic dermatitis. Drug has side effects. Take it under close medical supervision.
Accurate diagnosis is important.Scalp psoriasis can present as treatment resistant scaling.

try using cream used to cure female yeast infections
I bet you have had other health problems and are sensitive to chemicals. Try using a natural shampoo and cond, you can get these at a whole food store. Check your diet, intolerances cause a lot of problems… Good luck

Many herbal and homeopathic remedies have been formulated with specific ingredients to help soothe and naturally hydrate the scalp. Natrium Muriaticum is a biochemic tissue salt that has an excellent reputation for effectively treating rashes and all itching skin conditions, including scalp disorders. Kali. Sulph. also promotes healing, reduces inflammation and removes infected or dead cells.
Trifolium pratense is a well-known cleansing herb for skin disorders and has the ability to improve lymph functioning and reduce lymphatic swellings – helping to purify and detoxify the system.
One natural therapy that seems to be effective is daily shampooing with a tea tree oil infused shampoo. Tea tree oil has been used for centuries as an antiseptic, antibiotic and antifungal agent. It’s now included in a number of shampoos found in natural foods stores.
Please note – Tea tree oil is generally well tolerated but may cause allergic reactions in some people. ‘Raw’ tea tree oil can hurt broken skin, or irritate healthy skin, so test it on a different part of your skin before you try it on your head or use a shampoo that contains tee tree oil instead.
