I had the same problem. Have you tried Certain-Dri? You put it on at night and sleep with it. It works really well. Even when its really hot or your exercising you don’t sweat! Try it, SERIOUSLY it works :)

Edit: Yea you have to use it every night. I used it for about 3 months and then stopped because I didnt need it anymore.. it’s been about 2 years and I haven’t had any sweating problems. I guess it might’ve shrunk my sweat glands. Good luck tho!

If the clinical strength deodorant’s don’t work, then you might want to consider seeing a doctor about this. I hear that injecting botox in your armpits really help close up the sweat glands.

you should try really scrubbing your underarms when you take a shower. always apply deodorant + antiperspirant right after you take a shower.

I am also a 31 yr old woman with the same problem. I think some of us are just cursed with this problem. I have been dealing with this is seems all my life. There is something called The Rock that you can find at a Walgreens or some other type of store of that nature and it specifically for people with excessive sweating and odor. You put it on just like deoderant. It works better than anything else I have tried. Hope this helps hun!!
