How long will bee stings last?

By Madam Skin • December 6, 2009 • Filed in: Bee Stings

My twenty-three month aged daughter was stung by a bee final week as well as she had flourishing for couple of minutes…then you treated with colour her of course with onion as well as ice cubes. She was excellent later. Now she does’nt protest of any irritations ,but still we find a black mark there, inspite of stealing a stinger, will this start her in any way?Should we provide this or will it be alright after somedays?

You definitely need not be worried about the bee sting and its after effects. The swelling your child had after the sting is a natural defense mechanism of our body and the child doesn’t complain of irritation due to probable numbness in the region for a while. This too is common.

It will take few days for the black spot to vanish completely. In the mean time apply lacto-calamine or caladryl lotion. You need to take action only if she shows / showed typical symptoms of neuro-toxicity, which doesn’t seem to be the case from your description.

if you are certain that you go the whole stinger out, then it should go away in a couple of days.

IT WONT STAY FOR LONG ABOUT 2 TO 3 DAYS
