We tried some dandruff shampoos. Some even made the dandruff worse! I had always heard you can use mayonnaise, but thought dandruff shampoos is much easier and better smelling
Finally I tried the mayonnaise and it worked!!
You wet the hair and towel dry it. Then totally cover the scalp with mayonnaise. Massage it very well in every inch of your scalp. Not with your nails, do it with finger tips. Cover it with a plastic shopping bag and leave it for an hour or hour and a half. Then rinse it off, and wash your hair. You may want to shampoo twice and again, trying to take all that mayo smell out of your scalp.
It works great! Plus it’s cheap! I also heard it workd for lice.
Ok, good luck!
the easiest way to treat & prevent dandruff is using shampoo that is for treating dandruff ie: pantene dandruff shampoo.
try using a prescribed ahampoo that is designed for it
use dandruffffff shampoo and take fish oil. they are a pill that just naturally help with those sortof things…..
loook them up online. their just a vitamin, lol
I’m a boy, but I have long hair. About 5-6 inches. Anyway, I used equate (or something like that) dandruff shampoo and my dandruff went COMPLETELY away after a week of daily use. I could scratch and dig at my scalp for hours and find like 2 or 3 flakes. I had it bad, too. I couldn’t move without creating a snow storm.
Juice of 1 lime mixed in a mug of water for the last rinse, while washing the hair, is an useful remedy. This removes the stickiness and prevents dandruff. More simple remedies for dandruff at http://usefulinfo-dandruff.blogspot.com/
