vitiligo is local destruction of the melanocytes (pigment producing cells) in areas of skin causing loss of color. However, they have recently found a therapy that seems very promising. It is called PUVA which is a combination of the drug Psoralen with UV-A light.
The way PUVA works is that Psoralen sensitizes your skin to a certain wavelength of light (UV-A). After taking a pill, you go to a tanning booth and are exposed to this light. The light stimulates melanocytes from surrounding skin to migrate into the vitiligo patches and can restore some color to these lesions.

Homeopathy isn’t real. Vitiligo isn’t treatable with any degree of success.

Although it is a rare disease commonly found in temperate regions . You can try to keep natural henna paste over the patches and wait until it dries up . Try for month if results seems to be good . Please reccommend to others.
vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder,and non of the autoimmunes are curable in allopathy .they only uses steroids to supress without taking care of the internal problem, moreover the chances of relapsing in allopathy is more where as homoeopathy treats it in hollistic manner taking care of the internal problem as well,
therefore it is always btr to treat vitiligo homoeopathically
Homeopathy is not good.Dont go by hip and hype of homeopathy.I think allopathic and ayurvedic treatments are better than homeopathic.Homeopathic only compounds the problem.
