My mom told me not to try baby oil on my son even though he had dark hair. She said that it’s hard to get out. It took a couple of weeks, but my sister had told me to use dandruff shampoo (I used Head & Shoulders). Being VERY VERY VERY careful to not get it in his eyes. Might’ve been coincidence, but it cleared up pretty quickly for the amount he had, which was pretty noticeable.
put baby oil on her head..or olive oil. and put a hat on her. then bathe her at night and brush her head with a soft brush it should clear up in 2 or 3 days. it worked wonders for my son
put baby oil in her hair, and gently run through it with a baby comb is what I was told. I never tried it though, my son hardly got it at all. Good luck
Just dealing with that myself. Olive oil a couple times a day and massage it in. You will see a difference after one application.
Use baby oil all over the scalp, then get a stiff brush and brush the cradle cap away. If this doesn’t work, use the baby oil, let it set for awhile, then use a towel and scrub off the cradle cap. When you leave the hospital, they usually give you a plastic brush type, use this to scrape off the cradle cap.
Baby oil. Massage very gently onto scalp, leave it for a while than massage again, try to gently move the bigger flakes. Do it every day until it goes.
DONT use dandruff shampoo as someone else said. Babies have sensitive skin, and not only could they be allergic, but they can develop allergies for exposing them to things they shouldn’t be exposed to. I have just used the baby oil and a comb and that worked just fine. If it gets that bad you can always get a cream from the doctor.
selson blue shampoo… put it in, massage it, and brush it..
my doctor recommended it
WORKS LIKE A CHAMP!!!!
