Is moisturizer a good option for those with dandruff and a bald head?
My meditative was, if dandruff was caused by the dry scalp, as well as moisturizer cures dry skin, afterwards if it’s not removing upon your hair (if we do not have any, how can it?) we can only request it without delay to your scalp.
Is this the solution?

I have alopecia and my head gets REALLY dry and itchy. I not only use moisturizer but also a dandruff shampoo in the shower. Even though I don’t have hair, it helps to have the medicated shampoo on your scalp. Sometimes I use the medicine "scalpicin" that’s supposed to be for itchy scalp. I guess you may not be wondering more about a dry scalp than an itchy one, but I think these things help the basic problem – dry skin! Good luck!
