I would also think that surgery would not help your all over condition.

Do you wear a lot of polyester, nylon etc…as they will cause the body to sweat more, try wearing more natural materials.
You may have to ‘just put up with it’, I would hate to think you would resort to surgery and botox? Stay away from chemicals and surgery, go see a naturapath.
